Experience Gozo in a truly adventurous way with our Self-Drive Buggy Tour, designed to take you beyond the usual tourist routes and into the heart of the island and its people.
Starting from Mgarr Harbour, you will drive your own two-seater buggy, following an experienced tour guide who leads the convoy and shares fascinating insights along the way. This guided self-drive experience allows you to explore Gozo at a relaxed pace while enjoying the thrill of off-road driving.
The route takes you all around the island, through fertile valleys, scenic countryside, and rugged off-road tracks, revealing Gozo’s natural beauty and rich history. Highlights include visits to Qala, Nadur, Ramla Bay, Calypso Cave, and the impressive Ggantija Temples (entrance fees not included). You will also enjoy breathtaking views from the cliffs above Xlendi Bay, pass by traditional stone quarries, explore the Inland Sea and Fungus Rock, see the famous Salt Pans, and stop at Marsalforn Bay. The tour also includes time at the historic Citadel and Gozo Cathedral before returning to the harbour.
A mouth-watering buffet lunch is included, complete with wine and water. The package also covers two-way hotel transfers, boat transfer to and from Gozo, and a scenic cruise past the Blue Lagoon and Comino caves, with a 45-minute swim stop (weather permitting), or ferry tickets where applicable.

Terms and Conditions
- Buggy drivers must be 21+ and FULLY QUALIFIED to drive. Provisional licences are NOT accepted.
- Buggy vehicles are fully automatic and fitted with seatbelts.
- Children under 3 years are not permitted to ride as Buggy passengers.
- Customers on a Buggy Tour must wear proper footwear (trainers / hard soled shoes).
- Drivers must follow instructions given by the tour leader at all times.
- Buggies must be driven responsibly and at a safe speed, in accordance with local traffic laws
- Dangerous driving, racing, or off-road driving is strictly prohibited.
- The use of mobile phones while driving is not permitted.
- The Buggy’s are fully comprehensive insured, except for the first €500.00, which is borne by the hirer/driver for the excess fee of the insurance.
- Drivers are responsible for the buggy during the tour and may be held liable for damages caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.
- Weather conditions may affect driving routes or swimming stops for safety reasons.
- The tour operator reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves dangerously or does not comply with safety rules, without refund.
